This week, we received a message from a family who recently moved to Israel from Europe and experienced many challenges. The husband has cancer, the wife is dealing with serious anxiety, and their three youngest children are struggling to adjust to school.
It’s hard enough to deal with the stress of immigration, but to also have to face such serious health and emotional issues is overwhelming. It’s clear that they need more than just financial and bureaucratic assistance. They need emotional support and guidance to help them navigate this difficult time.
As their supporter, we connected them with professionals and organizations that can provide the support they need. It’s important to help them find the right resources to address their specific issues and connect them with individuals who have gone through similar experiences.
Our hope is that with the right support, this family can find the strength to persevere through these challenges and build a new life in Israel. It’s a reminder that sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply being there for someone in their time of need.
