Shivat Zion is a non-profit organization that provides support and guidance for Olim (Jewish immigrants) from Europe and Latin America. Founded in 2022 by a former Oleh from the Netherlands, Shivat Zion aims to fill the gap in professional guidance and support that many Olim face in these regions.
The organization serves as a center for information and guidance on various topics related to Aliyah and Klita (integration) processes. Their most important feature is their Helpdesk, which is easily accessible via Whatsapp, Telegram, email, and phone. The Helpdesk is staffed by individuals who come from the same culture as the Olim, speak their language, and understand the challenges they are facing. All services provided to Olim are free of charge.

In addition to their professional services, Shivat Zion offers an adoptive-family program for new immigrants. This program matches Olim with a family with a similar profile to theirs, providing social support and hands-on assistance in areas such as navigating government offices.
