If you are a senior citizen or a family member of a senior citizen, know that: the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs operates a digital service from home — free of charge and with no commitment.

The service includes conversation and support sessions, exercise classes, cognitive training, and lectures on a variety of topics. The service is provided in Hebrew and Russian, via computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
