Did you receive a parking ticket? Here’s how to file an appeal:
Submission deadline You can file a written appeal to the local authority / municipality that issued it within 30 days from the date of receiving the ticket.
Required documents
Clear photocopy of the ticket
Photocopy of ID card (both sides)
Supporting evidence or documents (photos, receipts, medical certificates, etc.)
Submission methods
Online form on the local authority website* – the quickest and recommended way
Registered mail to the local authority
Physical submission at the authority offices
What happens after submission? The authority will review the claims and send a written response.
If the appeal is rejected: You can request a hearing before a judge within 30 days from the date of receiving the response, or within 90 days from the date of receiving the original ticket.
