Today, the 24th of Tishrei, is marked throughout the country as the National Memorial Day in memory of those murdered in the October seventh massacre and the fallen of the war.

October 7, 2023 was a day that changed the State of Israel and the lives of each and every one of us.

Two years have passed, and we remember those of our people who are no longer here, the families left with an enormous void in their hearts, and the courage of those who fought heroically and saved others.
And alongside the remembrance, we also choose life, and we continue to build, to hope and to believe in the good.

Life here is not always easy, especially as new olim, but our collective strength is greater than everything.

The Ministry of Aliyah and Integration has established a memorial website in memory of the fallen since the outbreak of the “Iron Swords” war. We invite you to enter the site, add content about your acquaintances who fell and read the stories of the olim and returning residents who fell, may their memory be blessed and their heroism a light for our feet.

Additionally, we remind you that you can visit the “Nova” site near Kibbutz Re’im, which was established in memory of those murdered at the music festival. The place has become a living and moving memorial site, where you can experience the memory of the fallen alongside the message of love, freedom and hope. Visiting the Nova site has great value!

Remember, if needed, the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration provides you with a mental health support hotline through the ERAN association, available in various languages; its number is:
*3201

Together, we will continue to strengthen and grow!

Am Yisrael Chai 💙🤍
