The Population and Immigration Authority enables you to receive organized documentation of all your entries and exits from Israel – free of charge (for more than one request per day, there is a 20 NIS fee).

Important to know

The service is available only to Israeli citizens and residents residing in the country.
You can request documentation for yourself and for your children under 18.
You can receive documentation for other citizens or residents through a notarized power of attorney.
The certificate includes entries and exits for the last 7 years. For information beyond 7 years, you must go to the office.

How to order the Authorization?

Online request.
Print the form from the website, fill it out and submit:
- To a representative at the Population Authority office — without an appointment! You must present an ID card and passport.
- At the service desks located in Population Authority offices (during public reception hours).
- At government service stations throughout the country.
- Send by mail to: National Service Center, 42 Agripas St., Jerusalem (רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה, מוקד שירות ארצי, רח’ אגריפס 42, ירושלים)
- Send by fax to: 02-646-9442

When submitting your request at the Population Authority office, the document you need is received on the spot. In other cases, you receive the document by mail.
