Shivat Zion, the UK’s only NGO officially recognized by the Jewish Agency for Aliyah support, has launched AliyahGPT — a groundbreaking multilingual AI chatbot designed to simplify the Aliyah process. Now live on Shivat Zion’s website, the tool provides personalized, context-aware guidance in any language, making it easier for users to navigate complex legal, bureaucratic, and personal questions about moving to Israel.

Unlike traditional search engines, AliyahGPT understands life stories rather than just keywords. For example, if someone explains they were born abroad to an Israeli mother, the tool identifies them as an Ezrach Oleh and responds accordingly. Drawing from Shivat Zion’s in-house knowledge base, it offers structured answers on topics ranging from school enrollment and taxes to community integration, all tailored to the user’s individual circumstances.

AliyahGPT is also linked to the Shivat Zion Help Desk, ensuring that every interaction ends with the option for direct, personalized assistance. According to CEO Shraga Evers, the tool was developed to make the Aliyah journey less overwhelming and more accessible, offering clarity and confidence at every stage.

The launch comes at a time of growing interest in Aliyah from the UK, particularly among families and young professionals seeking a combination of digital support and human guidance. AliyahGPT is available now and free to use via Shivat Zion’s website.
